- The esf office is open throughout the winter season from 9:00am to 5:00pm

Equipment
- Ski and snowboard equipment is not included.
- Beginner skiers do not need ski poles.
- Beginner snowboarders are advised to wear wrist guards and protective shorts.
- Helmets are strongly recommended.
