When is the resort open?
Winter: from the 3rd Saturday in December to the 3rd Saturday in April.
Summer: July and August, sometimes with an extension into September depending on the start of the new school year.

You can collect the keys of your accommodation or your linen hire from the booking office.
What are the additional costs for accommodation?
For each rental :
- Tourist tax for people over 18 years old
- Administration fee €15.

Optional:
- End-of-stay cleaning (from €75).
Arriving after our opening hours?
To collect the keys to your accommodation, look for the black key box located in front of the control centre (on the left).
We will place an arrival envelope with your name in the box.
If you've hired linen, your bag will be in the roll next to the black box.

Where can I find Internet access?
You can rent Wi-Fi at the booking office or directly on site:
Free Wi-Fi is also available at the Tourist Office and at Strike, the bar located above the Balneotherapy Centre.
Where can I get childcare?
The Maison des Enfants welcomes children from the age of 3 months.
It is located in the centre of the resort opposite the tourist office.

Leaving before our opening hours?
Just put the sets of keys in your arrival envelope, seal it, and drop it into our beige letterbox (to the right of the control centre).

How do I book a shuttle from Saint Avre - La Chambre station?
Visit the Belle Savoie Express website to purchase your ticket online. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
Is the resort accessible to people with disabilities?
Absolutely! Check the guide at the Tourist Office, which lists accommodation and activities specifically adapted for people with disabilities.
Are there rubbish bins and recycling containers in the resort?
Selective sorting areas are available at various points in the resort: at the lower station, Les Longes, Place de la Madeleine, and Plan Mollaret.

Parking and shuttles
Where can I park in the resort?
All outdoor parking is free
in the resort.
You can also rent a covered parking space at the Chalets de la Madeleine car parks via the booking centre office.
Where can I recharge my electric car?
We have electric charging stations:
- 4 at Longchamp 1650 at the balneo crossroads.
2 at the 1450 lower station in front of the Town Hall.
Special equipment
From the end of October to the end of March, we strongly recommend bringing your special equipment for better grip.

Winter shuttles
The free ski bus operates in winter only, running from Le Planet, via Epalud, Saint François 1450, Les Longes 1550, Place de la Madeleine, to Les Pérelles.
Timetables are available at the bus stops and at the Tourist Office.

Is there a medical service at the resort?
We have a doctor's surgery located at the Place de la Madeleine and a pharmacy.
The fire brigade is also present on-site.
Where can I withdraw cash from the station?
A Crédit Agricole ATM is located behind the Tourist Office, near the Alouette building.
Where can I print documents at the station?
The Tourist Office offers this service.
Where can I buy stamps?
Where can I post my mail?
You can buy stamps at "La Cadeautière" shop, which is also a post office.
To post your mail, use the letterbox on Place de la Madeleine, next to the Skiset, or the one at the entrance to the Tourist Office.
