A cosy 56m² flat on the first floor of our home, sleeping up to 6 people.

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of this small, traditional village in the Maurienne region.

Ideal for nature lovers, with numerous hiking trails nearby; just 1 km from the Espace Nordique du Grand Coin for cross-country skiing enthusiasts, and 15 km from the Saint François Longchamp alpine ski resort.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The flat, which was partially renovated in 2025 (bathroom and kitchen), comprises a cosy living room with a wood-pellet stove, a television, a sofa bed and an open wardrobe.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your daily meals: a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster…

For your Savoyard evenings, a raclette and fondue set will be available.

Please note: we also offer evening meals and breakfast at our place; at an additional cost if you wish!

The accommodation has a separate bedroom with a 160 double bed and a wardrobe.

A sleeping area upstairs is fitted with a 120x200 bed and a 90x190 bed

The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin unit and a washing machine.

For added comfort, the toilet is separate. Linen is provided and the beds are made on arrival.

Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited in the flat! A small balcony is at your disposal...

A security deposit of €500 will be required before your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by you or is available at an additional cost.
