Keys are handed over from 5pm at the Central Reservation Office. A security deposit of €500 is required, as well as a deposit for pets, which are allowed (with restrictions). Parking is not included but shuttle services are available 50 m away.
For your information, the residence does not have a lift and smoking is not permitted in the flat.
